1. Shipping Overview

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name and tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free on orders over $49.
  • Expedited and express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders.

7. Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package before opening
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Undeliverable Packages

Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be returned to our warehouse. A reshipment fee may apply if you wish to have the order sent to a new address.

10. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
  • These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • Heoxo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
